Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Puerto Rico.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email support@bubzllc.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping.
For all other returns (like sizing or change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.
Need a prepaid label? We can provide one and deduct a flat $7 fee from your refund.
Which items are not eligible for return?
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Products bought at pop-ups or exhibitions
- Teethers, toys, or personal care items
- Products that have been used, altered, or washed
- Black Friday or promotional sale items
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 4–6 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
If you choose a Bubz Gift Card, the refund will be issued within 24 hours of your return being approved.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! As long as the product is in stock and within the 7-day window. Just email us at support@bubzllc.com and we’ll get you sorted.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to make changes after it's placed. Please reach out to us at support@bubzllc.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

What are Bubz clothes made from?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
How do I care for my baby’s clothes?
We recommend:
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Gentle detergent, no bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Avoid fabric softeners to preserve stretch and softness

Yes - our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. Payments are processed securely via Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal.
Do you sell or share my personal information?
