Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50
  • For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Processing & Delivery Times
  • Orders are shipped from our Florida HQ within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the ship date, depending on your location.
  • We’ll email you a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking

You’ll receive both an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return window?

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and clothing must be undamaged. Please email support@bubzllc.com to start a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Items must be in resalable condition
Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange:
  • Sale items or products marked "Final Sale"
  • Products purchased at pop-ups, exhibitions, or temporary retail events
  • Products that have been used, altered, or washed
  • Misordered sizes or colors by customer mistake
  • Teethers, toys, or personal care items
  • Black Friday, Holiday, or sitewide promotion sale items
How do I return or exchange an item?

Please email support@bubzllc.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2 business day with return instructions.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Email us at support@bubzllc.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Do you offer free returns?

We offer free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For all other returns (like size exchanges or change of mind), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Need a return label? We can generate one for you and deduct a flat $7 fee from your refund.

Refunds

How are refunds processed?

You can choose:

  • Refund to your original payment method (processed within 4–6 business days after inspection)
  • Store credit via Bubz gift card (issued within 24 hours of return approval)

We’ll notify you once your return is approved and processed.
